This is the second name stories I’ve ordered. These are a beautiful gift for grandkids. I placed the order and had forgotten to add the personalization. I emailed customer service and received a response within 30 minutes. The update was made to my order and the framed name stories arrived perfect.

I recently gave a 5 star review, but I would just like to add a few more thoughts, and would like to add this as an addendum. I bought a name "Sydney" for a co-worker because I continually forgot her name. One time I called her "Ashley." I found this Name Stories on the internet, and bought the name Sydney. Sydney loved the poster and she has it now hung in her office. Thank you Name Stories for having a great idea for a company and selling your product as advertised. Loved the layout. Shipping was very secure and handled without damage.

Ordered a name story for my grandson 7th birthday. His name is Roman. I filled out the on line form and indicated I'd like his birth date in Roman Numerals. Customer support contacted me with the proof and indicated that the default font didn't look good for roman numerals. I replied that given his name it was just to good of an opportunity to pass up not using roman numerals and was ok it if that was the best they could do. The CS agent replied that he/she agreed on the roman numeral font idea and would work with the creative department to make it look more like roman numerals. They ended up doing an absolute terrific job of coming up with a font that looked great. MMXXIX XXXI MMXXIX Thank you!
