Return and Exchange Policy

 

At Name Stories®, every piece we create is made to order and personalized just for you.

Because each print is custom-made based on your selected name, colors, size, and personalization details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Entering incorrect personalization details
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes after delivery

Unlike mass-produced products, personalized items cannot be restocked or resold once they’ve been created.

We know ordering personalized products online requires trust, and we take that seriously. Every order is created with great care, and we want you to love what you receive.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible at support@namestories.com.

Because orders move quickly into production, changes or cancellations can only be accommodated before printing begins.

Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes, or a fee may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at support@namestories.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.
