Without Julie's responsiveness and help, I would have cancelled my order. It did not come as communicated. We were home when it was said to have been tried to be delivered. There were just so many issues with my order that I came close to cancelling; but Julie answered my messages and has helped me immensely. I ordered Namestories for each of my children and they all turned out marvelous. I will be purchasing more in the future for family and friends as this is an amazing memento to pass along. Who doesn’t wonder what their name means and where it derived from? Now they can admire it on their wall or counters! The adjectives are spot on for the names I picked out for my babies and the spot at the top you can customize I chose to do their Bible verses.
