Without Julie's responsiveness and help, I would have cancelled my order. It did not come as communicated. We were home when it was said to have been tried to be delivered. There were just so many issues with my order that I came close to cancelling; but Julie answered my messages and has helped me immensely. Now I just look forward to receiving this namestory to give to my grandson, late, but I will have something to give!!!!
